Crispy Chicken KFC style

For 4 people

500g chicken cutlet
150ml liquid milk
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chilli powder
½ teaspoon grass of Provence
½ teaspoon paprika powder
Salt
Pepper
2 eggs
400g flour

Preparation:

Cut your chickens into thin slices and place them in a salad bowl. Add the first 8 ingredients to your chicken, mix well, cover with film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Put the flour in a plate, pour the same quantity of spices mentioned above i.e. onion powder, garlic powder, chilli powder, paprika powder, Provence herb, salt and pepper, mix well and reserve.

Heat oil in a frying pan, Past your chicken strips marinate in flour, then in beaten eggs, and again in flour before cooking in oil. Watch the chicken carefully as they will cook quickly.

Remove and drain on a plate with paper towels.
