{"id":4421,"date":"2016-06-29T08:35:06","date_gmt":"2016-06-29T07:35:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/?p=4421"},"modified":"2018-07-10T18:49:21","modified_gmt":"2018-07-10T17:49:21","slug":"puits-damour","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/en\/puits-damour\/","title":{"rendered":"Puits d&#8217;amour"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Preparation Time: 45 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>7 - 9 Puits d'amour<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for shortcrust pastry:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>250g multi-purpose flour<br \/>\n125g semi-salted butter, cut into pieces<br \/>\n50g icing sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 glass of water<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for the cream:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>125g milk powder<br \/>\n1 egg yolk<br \/>\n1 teaspoon vanilla essence<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cups water<br \/>\n3 tablespoons sugar<br \/>\n2 egg whites<br \/>\n2 tablespoons cornflour (cornstarch)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Final ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>200g coconut powder<br \/>\ncandied cherries<br \/>\nstrawberry jelly<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4107\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/01_signature.png\" alt=\"01_signature\" width=\"133\" height=\"53\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation of the shortcrust pastry:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sift flour and icing sugar into a bowl. Add the butter.<\/p>\n<p>crumble the butter into small pieces with the floured fingertips so that the dough does not stick.<\/p>\n<p>Add water gradually to form a soft dough.
