{"id":3924,"date":"2015-11-24T08:40:13","date_gmt":"2015-11-24T07:40:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/?p=3924"},"modified":"2016-04-27T18:28:50","modified_gmt":"2016-04-27T17:28:50","slug":"butter-chicken","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/en\/butter-chicken\/","title":{"rendered":"Butter Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Temps de cuisson\u00a0: 30 min <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Difficult\u00e9\u00a0: Moyen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour 4 personnes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour la marinade\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>500g de poulets (d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en petit morceaux)<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle en poudre ou concass\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019huile olive<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de piment vert \u00e9cras\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd pot de yaourt nature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour la sauce tomates\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 grosses tomates hach\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de beurre<\/li>\n<li>3 gousses d\u2019ail hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 piment coup\u00e9e en julienne<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de gingembre en julienne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>finale\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bc pot de yaourt nature<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de jus de citron<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de muscade<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle en poudre<\/li>\n<li>100g de beurre demi-sel<\/li>\n<li>50g de cr\u00e8me fraiche demi-\u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration pour la marinade:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la marinade avec tous les ingr\u00e9dients mentionn\u00e9s ci-dessus. Laisser reposer minimum 1 hr dans un endroit frais.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration pour la sauce tomate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chauffer une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen. Verser le beurre, le gingembre, le piment et l\u2019ail. Remuer quelques secondes. Ajouter ensuite la tomate et le sel. Laisser cuire pendant 5 minutes toute en remuant. Une fois que la sauce change de couleur. Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir avant de passer dans un broyeur. R\u00e9servez ensuite pour la pr\u00e9paration finale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration finale:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chauffer un tawa ou une po\u00eale a grand feu. Retirer le poulet de la marinade et d\u00e9poser sur la po\u00eale.<\/p>\n<p>(<em>Conservez la sauce de la marinade pour apr\u00e8s<\/em>.).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/butter-chicken31.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3919\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/butter-chicken31.jpg\" alt=\"butter chicken3\" width=\"358\" height=\"238\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/butter-chicken31.jpg 752w, https:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/butter-chicken31-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 358px) 100vw, 358px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Faites griller les morceaux de poulets pendant 5 \u00e0 10 min sans ajouter de mati\u00e8res grasses.<\/p>\n<p>Retirer ensuite du feu.<\/p>\n<p>Chauffer une marmite \u00e0 feu moyen. Verser le beurre, le yaourt, le jus de citron, la cannelle en poudre, la noix de muscade, et le reste de la marinade. Remuer quelques secondes.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la pur\u00e9e de tomate.
