{"id":3388,"date":"2015-08-22T11:42:38","date_gmt":"2015-08-22T10:42:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/?p=3388"},"modified":"2015-08-26T07:29:03","modified_gmt":"2015-08-26T06:29:03","slug":"dhal-pita","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/en\/dhal-pita\/","title":{"rendered":"Dhal pita (dhal dhokli)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration\u00a0: 1hr<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Difficult\u00e9\u00a0: Moyenne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4 Personnes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0pour la pita (p\u00e2te ou dhokli):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tasse de farine normale<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bessan<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de piment en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de safran<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de fenugrec (methi en poudre)<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile<\/li>\n<li>De l\u2019eau pour travailler la p\u00e2te<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0pour le dhal:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd tasse de toor dhal ou dhal gram<\/li>\n<li>2 tasses d\u2019eau<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de fenugrec (methi en poudre)<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de pistache sec - <em>optionnel<\/em><\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e d\u2019assafoetida (hing) - <em>optionnel<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0pour la tadka:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de mantegue<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de feuilles de curry poulet<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de p\u00e2te <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/la-pate-ail-gingembre\/\">d\u2019ail gingembre<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de safran<\/li>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de petit pois en boite<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de moutarde entier<\/li>\n<li>1 tomate hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>2 piments secs<\/li>\n<li>2 b\u00e2tons de cannelle<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de p\u00e2te de tamarin<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Garam_masala\">garam massala<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de coriandre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cumin<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron frais<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd tasse d\u2019eau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9parations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 1\u00a0\u2013 la p\u00e2te:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer la farine, le piment en poudre, le safran, le methi et le sel dans un bol.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter de l\u2019eau petit \u00e0 petit et faite une p\u00e2te, puis ajouter l\u2019huile et transformer en boule.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser une serviette s\u00e8che et laisser reposer quelques min.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 2\u00a0\u2013 le dhal:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faites bouillir \u00e0 feu doux le dhal, le sel, le methi, la pistache et le hing dans de l\u2019eau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le dhal soit presque cuit.<\/p>\n<p>Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 3 - la pita :<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fariner l\u00e9g\u00e8rement votre planche \u00e0 travailler.<\/p>\n<p>Diviser la p\u00e2te en deux boules.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019aide du rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, \u00e9taler votre p\u00e2te en laissant une \u00e9paisseur de 3 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Couper la ensuite en petit carr\u00e9s de 4 cm puis laisser sur la planche pour apr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape finale :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chauffer le mantegue dans une grande marmite \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/p>\n<p>Verser les piments secs, la Cannelle, les feuilles de curry poulet (kaloupil\u00e9) , la moutarde, le safran, la p\u00e2te d\u2019ail gingembre, les petit pois et la tomate.<\/p>\n<p>Bien m\u00e9langer pendant 1 min.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter ensuite le m\u00e9lange de dhal et 1 tasse d\u2019eau.
