bo\u00eete de lait condenser sucr\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 bouche de ghee (mantegue) ou beurre demi-sel<\/li>\n<li>400g de lait en poudre<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cardamome en poudre ou d'essence de roses<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de safran (zafran)<\/li>\n<li>quelques amandes ou noisettes pour la d\u00e9coration finale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pr\u00e9paration<\/b>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>chauffer une marmite antiadh\u00e9sive \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/p>\n<p>Verser une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de ghee et le lait condenser
