{"id":4521,"date":"2016-08-26T10:04:16","date_gmt":"2016-08-26T09:04:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/?p=4521"},"modified":"2016-08-26T10:04:16","modified_gmt":"2016-08-26T09:04:16","slug":"bally","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/de\/bally\/","title":{"rendered":"Bally"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration\u00a0: 50 min<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Difficult\u00e9\u00a0: Facile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 tasses de lait en poudre (250ml par tasse)<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse d'eau<\/li>\n<li>6 gros \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>5\u00a0 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d'essence de vanille ou 1\/2\u00a0 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cardamomes<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de grains de <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pavot\">pavot <\/a>(khus-khus)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pour le caramel :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d'eau<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/01_signature.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4107\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/01_signature.png\" alt=\"01_signature\" width=\"184\" height=\"53\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>(Cuisson bain marie)<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>remplissez 3\/4 d'eau dans votre plateau \u00e0 four, <\/em><em>pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 10min \u00e0 l'avance \u00e0 180\u00b0. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>La cuisson peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre fait dans une marmite \u00e0 riz.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>40 \u00e0 45min de cuisson.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Verser l'eau, les \u0153ufs, le lait en poudre, le sucre et l'essence dans un grand bol.<\/p>\n<p>Battre correctement \u00e0 l'aide d'un fouet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que celle ci ce transforme en cr\u00e8me et r\u00e9servez pour apr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caramel<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Chauffer un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau \u00e0 feu moyen. Verser le sucre dans le moule et laisser dorer quelques secondes.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter ensuite l'eau et m\u00e9langer continuellement.<\/p>\n<p>Retirer sur le feu aussit\u00f4t que le m\u00e9lange change de couleur (marron clair) et que des petites bulles commence \u00e0 ce former.<\/p>\n<p><em>(Important\u00a0: n\u2019attendez pas que tout le m\u00e9lange ce d\u00e9tache pour retirer, vous risquez d\u2019avoir un caramel trop dur une fois s\u00e9ch\u00e9).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser une grosse cuill\u00e8re en m\u00e9tal au milieu de votre caramel.
