Verser la levure, le sucre, l\u2019anis et le sel.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer le beurre, l\u2019\u0153uf et le lait.<\/p>\n<p>Verser le m\u00e9lange de laits sur la farine et m\u00e9langer correctement avec une spatule.<\/p>\n<p><em>(Ne surtout pas vous inqui\u00e9tez si le m\u00e9lange est liquide).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Couvrez avec un torchon sec et laissez reposer dans un endroit chaud pendant 30 min.<\/p>\n<p>Travailler de nouveau la p\u00e2te apr\u00e8s 30 min r\u00e9p\u00e9tez les m\u00eames \u00e9tapes.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four pendant 10 min \u00e0 180\u00b0\/ thermostats 6.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser un r\u00e9cipient aluminium remplit \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 d\u2019eau dans sur le bas de votre four.<\/p>\n<p><em>(Ceci pour emp\u00eacher la p\u00e2te de br\u00fbler trop vite \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Verser le m\u00e9lange dans un moule beurrez et fariner.
