{"id":3964,"date":"2015-12-16T14:16:44","date_gmt":"2015-12-16T13:16:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/?p=3964"},"modified":"2016-04-27T18:23:09","modified_gmt":"2016-04-27T17:23:09","slug":"badam-gullab-jamun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/de\/badam-gullab-jamun\/","title":{"rendered":"Badam Gullab Jamun"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Temps de cuisson\u00a0: 30 min <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Difficult\u00e9\u00a0: facile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>2 (grande) tasses et \u00bd de farine (type normale)<\/li>\n<li>2 et \u00bd de cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique (baking Powder)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cardamones en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0153uf (l\u00e9g\u00e8rement battu)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tasse d\u2019amandes hach\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de ghee<\/li>\n<li>1 boite de lait concentr\u00e9 sucr\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Sirop\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tasses de sucre<\/li>\n<li>3 tasses d\u2019eau<\/li>\n<li>Essence de rose<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Pr\u00e9paration finale:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour le sirop\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>Verser l\u2019eau et le sucre dans une grande casserole, mettre \u00e0 bouillir pendant 15 min \u00e0 feu moyen.
