{"id":3338,"date":"2015-08-14T09:06:37","date_gmt":"2015-08-14T08:06:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/?p=3338"},"modified":"2015-08-17T09:55:01","modified_gmt":"2015-08-17T08:55:01","slug":"haleem-boeuf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/de\/haleem-boeuf\/","title":{"rendered":"Recette mauricienne Haleem b\u0153uf"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: 3 hr<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Difficult\u00e9: moyenne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour 5 personnes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour \u00e9pices de Haleem\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de piment en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de (safran) curcuma<\/li>\n<li>1 et \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cumin grill\u00e9 en poudre<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de poivre noire<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019ail<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de gingembre<\/li>\n<li>2 b\u00e2tons de cannelle<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cardamones<\/li>\n<li>3 clous de girofle<\/li>\n<li>2 Feuilles de laurier s\u00e9cher<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour Haleem\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 et \u00bd de cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/la-pate-ail-gingembre\/\"> p\u00e2te d\u2019ail gingembre<\/a><\/li>\n<li>500g de viande pour la soupe<\/li>\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de mantegue<\/li>\n<li>250g <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/oignons-frits\/\">d\u2019oignons frite<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tasse de coriandre fraiche hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tasse de menthe fraiche hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de lentilles noire<\/li>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de chana dholl<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de Moong dholl<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de lentilles rouge<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Orge_commune\">d\u2019orge<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de bl\u00e9 (peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par une bar de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales weetabix nature)<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de gingembre hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Sel<\/li>\n<li>6 tasses d\u2019eau<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tasse de coriandre et de menthe fraiche hach\u00e9e*<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tasse d\u2019oignons frite*<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Citron*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00a0* pour la fin de la pr\u00e9paration<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0de la viande:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Laver et couper les morceaux de viande. D\u00e9poser les dans un bol herm\u00e9tique. Ajouter la p\u00e2te d\u2019ail et gingembre en m\u00e9langeant bien le tout, puis laisser mariner toute une nuit au frigo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9pices\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Passer toutes les \u00e9pices dans un broyeur, puis retirer et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour la pr\u00e9paration finale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration finale\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 1\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Laver les lentilles rouge, les lentilles noire, le moong dholl, le chana dholl, le bl\u00e9 (<em>ou weetabix<\/em>) et l' orge.<\/p>\n<p>Verser 1 tasse d\u2019eau dans une casserole puis verser les grains et laisser bouillir \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 10min.<\/p>\n<p>Elles doivent \u00eatre demi-cuites.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 2\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chauffer une cocotte ou tempo \u00e0 feu moyen. Verser l' huile et le mantegue.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la viande marin\u00e9e, du sel selon le gout et le m\u00e9lange d' \u00e9pices pour Haleem.<\/p>\n<p>Bien m\u00e9langer et ajouter \u00bd tasse d\u2019eau, refermer la cocotte et laisser cuire quelques min.<\/p>\n<p><em>(La viande doit \u00eatre presque cuite donc contr\u00f4ler la viande et faite cuire de nouveau si elle n\u2019est pas pr\u00eate).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ajouter ensuite le gingembre, les oignons frits et le dholl m\u00e9lang\u00e9. Remuer quelques min.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter l\u2019eau et laisser bouillir \u00e0 feu doux pendant 1 hr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 3\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Retirer ensuite la moiti\u00e9 des dholl \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une louche, \u00e9viter de retirer la viande.<\/p>\n<p>Passer les dans un broyeur, remettez les ensuite dans le m\u00e9lange d' Haleem et laisser cuire de nouveau \u00e0 petit feu pendant 1 hr.<\/p>\n<p>Juste avant d\u2019\u00e9teindre, ajouter les oignons frits, le m\u00e9lange de coriandre et la menthe.<\/p>\n<p>Presser un peu de jus de citron juste avant de d\u00e9guster.<\/p>\n<p>Servir tr\u00e8s chaud avec un peu d'oignons frits et de mantegue.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/haleem-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3341\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/haleem-2-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"haleem\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/haleem-2-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/haleem-2.jpg 752w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Haleem -
