demi-\u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>250ml d\u2019eau<\/li>\n<li>400g de semoule (aussi connu sous le nom de gr\u00e9o ou soujie)<\/li>\n<li>Quelques morceaux de cannelles<\/li>\n<li>250g de graisse v\u00e9g\u00e9tale (Mantegue)<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cardamone en poudre<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>50g d\u2019amandes blanchie et effil\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>50g de cerise sec ou confits<\/li>\n<li>50g de noix de cajou<\/li>\n<li>50g d\u2019ananas confit ou dess\u00e9cher<\/li>\n<li>50g de raisin sec une marmite anti adh\u00e9sif \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter le mantegue et laissez fondre.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la semoule et la cannelle, puis remuez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le mantegue soit bien
