the dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>- 400g multi-purpose flour (T55)<br \/>\n- 200g butter cut into dee<br \/>\n- 1 pinch salt<br \/>\n- 120g icing sugar<br \/>\n- 2 egg yolks<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for banana compote:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>- 4 ripe bananas (peeled, thinly sliced)<br \/>\n- 2 tablespoons semi-salted butter<br \/>\n- \u00bd teaspoon vanilla essence<br \/>\n- 100g sugar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation of the dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sift flour, salt and icing sugar into a bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Add butter and egg yolks.<\/p>\n<p>Mix quickly with a metal spoon to collect the dough.<\/p>\n<p>Finish the collection with your hands.<\/p>\n<p>Make a ball and let rest 30 min in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-4169\" small pie pans.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the dough into 13 pieces and spread 2\/3 individually in a small circle.<br \/>\nArranged in the moulds.<\/p>\n<p>Place 2 tablespoons of compote in the pan.<\/p>\n<p><img
