{"id":4103,"date":"2016-05-25T10:43:19","date_gmt":"2016-05-25T09:43:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/?p=4103"},"modified":"2016-05-25T10:43:19","modified_gmt":"2016-05-25T09:43:19","slug":"gateau-piments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/en\/gateau-piments\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau piments"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 15 min<br \/>\nDifficult\u00e9 : Facile<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nIngr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 500g de dholl gram ou dholl petit pois<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00be litre d\u2019eau<br \/>\n\u2022 1 tasse de menthes et coriandres hach\u00e9es<br \/>\n\u2022 10 piments verts ou rouges hach\u00e9es<br \/>\n\u2022 1 oignon hach\u00e9 (moyen)<br \/>\n\u2022 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Anis_vert\">anis <\/a>(gros anis)<br \/>\n\u2022 Sel selon go\u00fbt<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bc tasse de ciboulette hach\u00e9<br \/>\n\u2022 1 pinc\u00e9e de bicarbonate de soude<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4107\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/01_signature.png\" alt=\"01_signature\" width=\"109\" height=\"36\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Verser le dholl dans un grand bol. Ajouter de l\u2019eau et 1 pinc\u00e9e de sel.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser tremper min 3 hrs dans de l\u2019eau chaude ou sinon toute la nuit dans l\u2019eau \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature normale.<\/p>\n<p>Verser les dholl dans une passoire et laisser bien \u00e9goutter.<\/p>\n<p>Passer les dholl dans un moulin et \u00e9craser les tr\u00e8s fins.<\/p>\n<p>Verser ensuite les dholl, la menthe, les coriandres, les oignons, les piments, l\u2019anis, les ciboulettes et le sel dans un bol.
