Verser les pommes de terre et laisser frire quelques min jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle change de couleur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Faite une p\u00e2te avec tous les ingr\u00e9dients num\u00e9rot\u00e9s ci-dessus (1 \u00e0 19).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4046\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/khalia-3.jpg\" alt=\"khalia de poulet\" width=\"752\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/khalia-3.jpg 752w, http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/khalia-3-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 752px) 100vw, 752px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Verser le m\u00e9lange sur le poulet et laisser mariner \u00bd hr.<\/p>\n<p>Chauffer de nouveau la marmite sur in feu doux. Verser les poulets ainsi que la sauce.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9lang\u00e9 de temps \u00e0 autre et laiss\u00e9 cuire 15 min.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter les pruneaux confis et 1 tasse d\u2019eau et recouvrir la marmite pour une cuisson de 15 min. <em>N\u2019oubliez pas de remuer la sauce pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019elle ce br\u00fble.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4047\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/khalia-4.jpg\" alt=\"Khalia de poulet\" width=\"752\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/khalia-4.jpg 752w, http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/khalia-4-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 752px) 100vw, 752px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Retirer du feu et parsemez de coriandre hach\u00e9e et d\u2019oignons frits avant de servir.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Pour le Khalia de b\u0153uf ou agneau:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Faite mariner la viande dans la p\u00e2te d'ail et de gingembre 1 hr avant la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Utilis\u00e9 une cocotte pour faire cuire la viande.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les pommes de terres, les pruneaux et les petit pois seulement apr\u00e8s avoir fait cuire la viande dans la cocotte.
