{"id":3039,"date":"2015-07-23T10:38:30","date_gmt":"2015-07-23T09:38:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/?p=3039"},"modified":"2015-08-01T17:29:53","modified_gmt":"2015-08-01T16:29:53","slug":"massala-pipangaille","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/en\/massala-pipangaille\/","title":{"rendered":"Massala Pipangaille aux crevettes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Temps de cuisson\u00a0: 30 min <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Difficult\u00e9\u00a0: facile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour 3 personnes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res a bouche de crevette s\u00e9cher (sevret sec)<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de p\u00e2te d\u2019ail gingembre<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n<li>2 piments vert coup\u00e9 en deux<\/li>\n<li>3 gousses d\u2019ail hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivre noire en poudre<\/li>\n<li>5 feuilles de curry poulet<\/li>\n<li>1 gros oignon hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 tomate hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/massala-madras-pour-curry\/\">Massala Madras<\/a><\/li>\n<li>5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile<\/li>\n<li>2 <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Luffa\">pipangailles<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/pipengaillejpg.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3042\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/pipengaillejpg-182x300.jpg\" alt=\"pipangaille\" width=\"118\" height=\"129\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Chauffer une marmite \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/p>\n<p>Verser huile dans la marmite et ajouter les crevettes s\u00e9cher, l\u2019oignon hach\u00e9, les gousses d\u2019ail, les piments\u00a0 et le curry poulet.<\/p>\n<p>Faite sauter le tout pendant quelques secondes.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la poudre de Massala, la p\u00e2te d\u2019ail et de gingembre, le sel et le poivre. Faite mijoter le tous pendant quelques min et ajouter ensuite les pipangailles.<\/p>\n<p>Couvrez la marmite et laisser cuire pendant 2 min, remuez de temps en temps.
