{"id":2579,"date":"2015-06-22T16:45:20","date_gmt":"2015-06-22T15:45:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/?p=2579"},"modified":"2015-08-12T18:43:38","modified_gmt":"2015-08-12T17:43:38","slug":"zafrani-kheer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/en\/zafrani-kheer\/","title":{"rendered":"Recette mauricienne Zafrani Kheer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Temps de cuisson\u00a0: 45mins<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Difficult\u00e9\u00a0: Facile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5 personnes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour le zafrani kheer :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tasse de riz parfum\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse et \u00bd de lait liquide demi \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tasse d\u2019eau<\/li>\n<li>1 petite boite de cr\u00e8me fraiche (Nestl\u00e9 Cream)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd boite de lait condens\u00e9e sucr\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>3 morceaux de cannelles<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de raisin sec (sultana)<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019amandes effil\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Quelques brins de <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Safran_%28%C3%A9pice%29\">safran <\/a>(kesar)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration du zafrani kheer :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Laver le riz. Chauffer une casserole sur un feu moyen. Versez le riz, la Cannelle et l\u2019eau. Laisser bouillir 3mins.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter le lait, lait condens\u00e9e sucre, Cr\u00e8me fraiche, raisin sec et l\u2019amande effil\u00e9es. Faire bouillir le tout pendant 30mins sur un feu doux. Remuer temps en temps afin d\u2019\u00e9viter que le lait brule au fonds de la marmite.
