\/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour la p\u00e2te :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300g de farine T55(farine normale)<\/li>\n<li>4 gramme de sel<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de levure de boulangerie<\/li>\n<li>1cuil. \u00e0 soupe de sucre<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0153uf<\/li>\n<li>100ml de lait<\/li>\n<li>60ml d\u2019eau<\/li>\n<li>35g beurre<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0153uf pour la pr\u00e9paration finale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour la farce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300g d\u2019escalope de poulet<\/li>\n<li>1 oignon<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuil. caf\u00e9 de cumin<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill. a caf\u00e9 de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/la-pate-ail-gingembre\/\">Pate ail gingembre<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuil. caf\u00e9 de curcuma<\/li>\n<li>1 piment<\/li>\n<li>Quelques feuilles de menthe<\/li>\n<li>Sel, poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration pour la farce\u00a0: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fa\u00eete votre farce en passant le tout au mixeur.<\/p>\n<p>Chauffez une po\u00eale, versez une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile.<\/p>\n<p>Versez ensuite le m\u00e9lange dans la po\u00eale et m\u00e9langer correctement.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois la farce cuite, retirez du feu et ajouter de la ciboulette hach\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre le tout de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9paration pour la p\u00e2te\u00a0:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, chauffez le lait, l\u2019eau et le beurre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit fondue et mettre le tout de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Versez la farine, sel, sucre et levure dans un bol \u00e0 p\u00e9trir puis m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite ajouter l\u2019\u0153uf et le m\u00e9lange liquide graduellement.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e9trir dans un robot jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Retirer la p\u00e2te du robot et travaillez \u00e0 la main jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtentions d\u2019une boule.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre le tout dans un bol, saupoudrez un peu de farine au-dessus de la p\u00e2te et couvrez avec une serviette.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser reposez dans un endroit chaud pendant 1hr.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 1hr retirer la p\u00e2te et la retravailler de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 retirer l\u2019air.<\/p>\n<p>Farinez le plan de travail, \u00e9talez un rectangle de 40cm par 15cm environ.<\/p>\n<p>Badigeonnez un \u0153uf sur la p\u00e2te puis \u00e9taler le fromage et enfin la farce.<\/p>\n<p><a
