Verser 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile, les grains de s\u00e9sames et l\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser chauffer quelques secondes. Retirer du feu, verser la coriandre et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>Tamiser la farine dans un bol.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter le yaourt et transformer en grumeau.<\/p>\n<p>Diluer la levure, le sucre et le sel dans l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de et laisser reposer 5 mins.<\/p>\n<p>Verser petit \u00e0 petit l\u2019eau dans la farine jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une boule.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter l\u2019huile et p\u00e9trir de nouveau.
