{"id":3224,"date":"2015-08-02T17:13:17","date_gmt":"2015-08-02T16:13:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/?p=3224"},"modified":"2015-08-02T18:40:28","modified_gmt":"2015-08-02T17:40:28","slug":"poisson-aux-amandes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/de\/poisson-aux-amandes\/","title":{"rendered":"Poisson aux amandes &#8211; Almond fish"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Temps de cuisson\u00a0: 1hr<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Difficult\u00e9\u00a0: moyenne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour 5 personnes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500g de filets de poulet ou filets de poisson<\/li>\n<li>6 gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de piment rouge frais \u00e9cras\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 cumin en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de coriandre hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 et \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de coco d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tasse d\u2019amande en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Curcuma\">curcuma <\/a>(safran)<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019oignon r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron<\/li>\n<li>1 gros oignon hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>2 tasses de pur\u00e9e de tomates<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile<\/li>\n<li>\u00a01 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de coriandre hach\u00e9e et quelques amandes effil\u00e9es pour la d\u00e9coration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Faite griller l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les amandes dans une po\u00eale, retir\u00e9 et verser dans un bol.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter le curcuma, l\u2019oignons r\u00e2p\u00e9, les gousses d\u2019ail, le piment rouge \u00e9cras\u00e9, le jus de citron, le cumin, la coriandre, le coco, le sel et l\u2019huile. M\u00e9langer et faite une p\u00e2te de massala avec le tout.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser les filets dans une assiette a four.<\/p>\n<p>Bien napper les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des filets avec 2\/3 de la p\u00e2te du massala. Mettre au four et laisser cuire pendant 30min.<\/p>\n<p>Chauffer une marmite sur un feu doux. Verser une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile et l\u2019oignons hach\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser mijoter quelques secondes et ajouter le restant du massala et la pur\u00e9e de tomates.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser cuire pendant 2 min.
