{"id":2761,"date":"2015-07-05T09:46:08","date_gmt":"2015-07-05T08:46:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/?p=2761"},"modified":"2015-07-08T13:30:39","modified_gmt":"2015-07-08T12:30:39","slug":"shammi-kabaab","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.tikaraii.fr\/de\/shammi-kabaab\/","title":{"rendered":"Shammi Kabaab"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Temps de Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0: 30min<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Difficult\u00e9\u00a0: Moyenne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Environs 30 shammi kabaab<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0 pour les Shammi kabaab:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1kg de viande hach\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>1 gros oignon hach\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc de tasse de dholl (chana)<\/p>\n<p>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de p\u00e2te ail gingembre<\/p>\n<p>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivre noir entier<\/p>\n<p>2 b\u00e2tons de cannelle entier<\/p>\n<p>3 clous de girofles entier<\/p>\n<p>3 cardamones (elaiti) enti\u00e8re<\/p>\n<p>1 tasse d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<p>1 pomme de terre \u00e9pluch\u00e9 et d\u00e9couper en petit cube<\/p>\n<p>1 \u0153uf<\/p>\n<p>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dient pour le Chutney (farce pour kabaab)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bd tasse de m\u00e9lange de coriandres et menthes hach\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p>3 piments verts<\/p>\n<p>1 oignon<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/p>\n<p>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de jus de citron frais<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration du Chutney :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Passer le tout dans un mixeur. \u00c9craser tr\u00e8s finement.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 au frigo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour le Shammi kabaab :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Verser les 9 premiers ingr\u00e9dients dans une marmite\u00a0.M\u00e9langer le tout et mettre \u00e0 cuire \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que le m\u00e9lange est semi cuit, ajouter les pommes de terre et le sel. Couvrer et laisser cuire pendant quelque mins.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le m\u00e9lange est cuit et que l\u2019eau est compl\u00e8tement \u00e9vapor\u00e9, enlever du feu et retirer la cannelle, les clous de girofles, la cardamones et le poivre entier.<\/p>\n<p>Passer le m\u00e9lange dans un mixeur et laisser refroidir quelque min.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter un \u0153uf et bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9 le tout.<\/p>\n<p>Faites de petits <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Shami_kebab\">shammi kabaab<\/a> d\u2019environs 7 cm de diam\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p>Faire un l\u00e9ger trous au centre du kabaab (en retirant un morceu au dessus) sans que ce trous ne traverse le shammi kabaab.
